The Aero Thunder Shot Advanced Pack TKC Edition is a versatile, reliable, and practical Korean-style advanced pack designed for real-world racing. It features components offering excellent value for money, enabling consistent and dependable performance across various track conditions. This model is specifically designed to help beginners and newcomers understand effective component combinations and structures, introducing them to the joy of Mini 4WD tuning. It aims for a level of completeness that encourages those hesitant to enter competitions due to vague fears to take the challenge. This effort embodies the dedication to create a more race-oriented Korean Advanced Pack, based on data and know-how gathered over many years at official and various private competitions. From the machine’s setup design to the sticker artwork, this product was entirely conceived by Tamiya Korea. It boldly transforms the image of the existing Aero Thunder Shot kit. It radiates intense charisma, featuring a striking yellow & black color contrast and stickers designed to evoke the image of blinding, swirling thunderbolts.

- The design was completed with a strong color contrast of yellow and black, imagining the appearance of a lightning storm flashing brightly.
- It adopts a 3.5:1 gear ratio, which is chosen to achieve top speed on high-speed type tracks.
- It comes standard with the high-performance Hyper Dash 3 motor, popular in official competitions.
- This 1.4mm hollow propeller shaft is about half the weight of the standard kit’s standard propeller shaft, allowing for smoother rotation and increased drive efficiency.
- To achieve stable cornering at high speeds, rollers were lowered below the plate and added to the top to act as stabilizers. The use of FRP front wide stays allowed the lower rollers to be installed in the appropriate position without touching the chassis.
- Compared to the large diameter barrel tires of the Aero Thundershot basic kit, it is equipped with medium diameter super hard low profile tires to lower the center of gravity and increase stability when landing after a jump.
- Attach 2mm-thick blue and white brake sponges to the front and rear to complete the basic brake setup. Changing the front and rear brake colors or using brakes of different thicknesses (sold separately) will enhance your ability to tackle a variety of tracks. In particular, the rear brake stays feature an auxiliary plate that acts as an underguard, helping the rear wheel slide easily down the track without getting caught on the track wall when landing from a jump.
- Lightweight, low-friction plastic rollers made of POM resin are used to offer low friction and high strength. Furthermore, the front and rear roller axles feature cap screws that are approximately 1.5 times stronger than standard stainless steel screws, ensuring durability and stability. This ensures they resist bending under impact and contributes to stable operation.
