Shipping policy

At this time we only have shipping options within New Zealand and to Australia. As we grow we will look to expand our reach and hopefully be able to cater for a wider international market.

Where we can we use tracking information so we can get the best possible outcome for the delivery of your orders. This tracking information is shared with you at the time of order fulfillment.

We endeavour to get orders shipped as soon as possible and generally they will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard courier time frames apply and below is a guideline only.

North Island - Overnight or next business day (Once dispatched)

South Island - 1-3 Business days (Once dispatched).

 We use a mixture of courier companies, including NZ Post, Courier Post and Courier Post, EMS and DHL for International.

For deliveries to Australia please allow 4-7 Business days from the time the order has been shipped from us. Any international customs taxes or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Totara Hobbies Limited are not responsible for any delays with in the courier or delivery networks. If you have any issues with the actual delivery of your order once it has left Totara Hobbies please contact the delivery company first.

Please be aware, that if a claim is to be made with the delivery company and is accepted, the shipping or delivery fees may not be refunded.
